General information about the online store
The online store’s products are sold by Swegon ILTO Oy FO-number 1615732-8. We sell the products to private individuals in Finland and the EU (except the Åland islands). Product prices are stated inclusive of value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and postal charges.
Ordering
As a rule, the products are ordered via the Internet and the shopping cart at www.casastore.fi. All orders are confirmed via an e-mail indicating the price, shipping costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, it is assumed that your e-mail address has been notified in connection with the order. By placing the order, the customer undertakes to comply with the applicable delivery terms.

We send an order confirmation via e-mail in which you see:
a reference number/our bank account number/total sum of the invoice You can review the content of the order on our site via your user account.
Payment methods
The products and the shipping charges for the products are paid at the time of the order. In the online store you can pay using: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and with a credit card. Payment is made via Paytrail Oyj’s website. Payment methods also include prepayment via bank transfer.

Payment service provider
As a provider of the payment service and payment service provider, Klarna (556737-0431) works in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Klarna is shown as the payment recipient on bank statements or card invoices, and transfers the payment to the trader. Klarna holds a business license for payment institutions. In case of complaint, please contact the supplier of the product first.

Online banks
The payment brokerage service that is linked to the online bank payment is carried out by Klarna (556737-0431) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service operates in the same way as traditional online payment.

Prepayment
We send the products by mail when payment is available on our account. We do not ship any products cash on delivery. Payment presentations are addressed to the account Handelsbanken FI8131313001278498 Swegon ILTO Oy, according to the information on the order confirmation.
We process the order during the store’s opening hours after payment has been made. If payment is made as prepayment via bank transfer, we will make a reservation for 5 weekdays before the order is cancelled if payment has not been made.
Delivery times
We ship products by mail every weekday. Depending on the bank, this will take 1–3 business days after the invoice has been paid. Deviating delivery times, are notified via Swegon ILTO Oy's order confirmation
Delivery methods and shipping costs
Post and packaging costs are included in the shipping costs. You can view shipping costs after selecting the payment and delivery method for the shopping cart. We deliver orders as packages and maxi-letters, only packages can be tracked with the shipping code. If a request is made to send the delivery as a fragile package, additional shipping costs will be charged for the specially handled package according to the current price list. Exchange and return terms
The customer has 14 days of exchange and return rights according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. Include the following information in the return shipment: your customer number, your name, your address and your phone number, bank account number and a copy of Swegon ILTO Oy's order confirmation.

We will not accept returns later than 14 days after delivery. If a return is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account after receipt and processing of the return.
Problems with regard to transport and incorrect products
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or if the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to the address info@ilto.fi
Notification of incorrect delivery or an incorrect product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If a package has been damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made immediately to Posti.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Prior to ordering, the customer must read through the delivery terms applicable at the time.
Swegon ILTO Oy manages all customer information completely confidentially. Swegon ILTO Oy undertakes not to share customer information with third parties.
