For registered customers, the register also contains user names and passwords. Register’s information sources Information provided by the customer to the online store when registering or ordering. Transfer of information Swegon ILTO Oy does not share the register’s information with third parties. The register’s information is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area. Principles for protection of the register The register’s information content is stored in a database protected by passwords and the Customer Register and the equipment processed it is located in locked computer halls and the system is protected with a firewall. Access to the Customer Register has only such employees at Swegon Ilto Oy, who must have access to perform their duties. The customer register is protected with personal passwords.
